Hi, I'm Adam Bialaschik,
certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC), certified Soccer-Field-Method® coach and leader with many years of experience in complex organisations.
I see people as naturally creative, resourceful and whole. After many years in leadership roles, I have learned that sustainable leadership begins with self-leadership, clarity and resonance.
Today I support leaders – and those who want to become one – in developing inner calm and clarity, so they can lead teams, organisations and change effectively.
